This week I had a vision meeting with my publishers @authentic_media about my book, Daughters of the King- the manuscript is off to the copyeditor next week and we have a publication date of 8th January! 🥳🙌🏻 Today was so awesome. This week has been quite a big one- 2 family birthdays, big book vision meeting, and our Princess Project Tonbridge Open Day today. I had been a little anxious in the run up to this week- lots of ball juggling and overthinking (can anyone relate?!) Sometimes a few hours of walking through tulip fields in the rain and taking silly pictures and belly laughs with a bestie is just the soul food you need 🌷❤️ Wonderful day supporting Sophie as she ran the Cambridge half marathon, raising money for @princessprojectuk . Such a privilege to be able to share about how individual acts of kindness and generosity make a big difference to the families we support @princessprojectuk as part of @stewardshipuk 40 Acts of Generosity. It's such a positive way to journey through lent! It's been a great couple of days at the @cinnamonnetwork Leadership Community Residential. I've been challenged by thought -provoking sessions, and inspired by other leaders and exciting new projects. A time to build existing relationships and make new ones, and a treat to take some time away from the day-to-day. God is good! I have just finished our final @princessprojectuk Christmas Party post and I am a bit of a blubbering wreck. If you want a serotonin boost I suggest you check out the recent Princess Project posts for a lot of very lovely pictures. These ones I've shared here are the ones that stood out for me though, even more than the impossibly cute Santa-with-adorable-baby pics (of which there are many!!) Such a good day today in London with Helene meeting MP Kevin McKenna. It was great to chat all things Sheppey, to tell him about what we are doing at @princessprojectuk , to talk about the needs of our community and how we might be able to work together to start to meet them. Part of what God has put on our hearts at PP is to be a voice for those whose voice is often not heard and so we take every opportunity we are offered to try and do that! Totally in awe of our amazing @princessprojectuk team today. They have worked so hard in the lead up to our Christmas Fair, and it was a wonderful day- lots of families got to experience something Christmassy together that they may not have otherwise been able to do and we raised an amazing £533.20!!
